The Blues Brothers to Promote Their Cannabis Products in Tulsa
The famous Blues Brothers — Dan Aykroyd and Jim Belushi — decided to team up with Glazed Edibles and RedBird Bioscience to promote their latest cannabis products in Oklahoma.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise seeing how products from Belushi’s cannabis company, Belushi’s Farm, will debut in the Sooner State for the first time this year.
Better yet, Lucky Okies will be able to see the Blues Brothers on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, riding their Bluesmobile to different dispensaries in Tulsa, finishing their tour with an evening concert.
The concert will take place at 7 PM, at Cain’s Ballroom; you can get your ticket for $65. There, Blues Brother fans will be reminded of the duo’s greatest hits, such as “Soul Man” and “Sweet Home Chicago.”
In fact, 5% of the ticket sales will go to the Last Prisoner Project — a nonprofit organization aiming to free the prisoners of the war on drugs, “starting with the estimated 40,000 individuals imprisoned for cannabis.”
If you want to catch the Blues Brothers, here’s the schedule of their dispensary visit:
- Lightheart Cannabis (200 E Morrow Rd) at 10 AM
- Mango Dispensary (7141 S Mingo Rd) at 11:15 AM
- Seed Dispensary (623 S Peoria Ave) at 2 PM
- Emerald Gallery Dispensary (15 E Reconciliation Way) at 2:30 PM
But wait, there’s more!
To our delight, Belushi’s Farm also plans to create milk chocolate joints and chocolate truffles together with Tulsa’s Glazed Edibles. Yummy!
